About the Job
Our client, a private investment firm in Beverly, MA, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role is onsite in Beverly, full time hours Monday through Friday, and is paying up to $25/hr. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and financial teams
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintain organized files and records
- Prepare and process financial reports and statements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate meetings and assist with office logistics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a financial firm
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
