Administrative Assistant - BrickRed Systems

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join the team. This role demands a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior directors, contribute to team culture, and handle a variety of tasks with precision and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities.
• Produce, edit, and format documents and correspondence.
• Prepare expense reports and purchase orders.
• Update organizational charts and support department transitions.
• Partner with leadership to shape team culture and processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Keynote, Illustrator, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience in travel planning, event coordination, and team building.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and work with diverse personalities.
