Here’s what you’d do:


The General Office Assistant must be dependable, methodical, detail-oriented individual who embraces technology and numbers to assist with duties within our branch process. The position will handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, in an organized manner, the ideal candidate must be able to take direction well and be able to quickly prioritize and accomplish objectives to meet deadlines. The candidate should have a strong administrative background with accounts payable/accounts receivable experience.


You’d be responsible for:



+ Ability to travel between Oceanside and Bay Shore a couple times a week


+ Assisting in projects


+ Processing Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables


+ Scanning, filing and general office support/duties


+ Other duties as needed



You might be a good fit if you have:



+ Basic math skills.


+ Good computer and technological skills (Microsoft Office, use of large format printers, scanners)


+ Valid Driver’s License


+ Superior customer service skills


+ Able to work effectively with individuals team members and clients
