EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (This list may not be all inclusive.)
- Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite programs including, but not limited to, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
- High attention to detail.
- Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, systems.
- Proficient grammar, spelling, and punctuation to type from draft copy.
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic to make calculations, balance and reconcile figures, and make change accurately.
- Skill in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to calmly and appropriately handle patient escalations over the phone.
- Skill in gathering information.
- Ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and external agencies.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Associate degree in business administration or secretarial program preferred
Experience: Three years of administrative experience preferred
