About the Job
Description:
Administrative Assistant supporting the professional team. Will mainly be scheduling administrative appointments & meetings (not clinical/patient) and keeping up with the mailroom. Scheduling in-person meetings/blocking conference rooms Scheduling virtual meetings via zoom Answering phones Daily mailroom tasks such as copier, mail, stamping, reloading supplies Partnering with other Administrative personnel to assist with leadership tasks

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have HS diploma or higher Must have at least 2+ years in an office type role such as Admn Asst/Exec Asst/Exec Admn Healthcare experience is a PLUS, but not a must Experience scheduling meetings, virtual meetings Proficient in zoom, teams, webex etc. Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone Must have excellent Microsoft office skills and computer skills Must have exceptional follow-up Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment
