Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Purpose of Position: The Administrative Assistant (AA) supports the Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Vice President of MMC with clerical and administrative tasks, enhancing positive tenant relations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to property management team.
- Assist in financial functions, including invoicing and budgeting.
- Maintain tenant records and communication.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in property management is a plus.
