Location: Logan Township, NJ
Pay: $20/hour, Overtime Eligible (Potential to earn $1,100+ per week)
Shift: Monday through Friday, 4:00pm - 2:00am (Second Shift)
Dates: ASAP through end of January 2025.

What You Will Do:
- Fleet Administration: Manage and maintain all fleet-related documentation, including keeping accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, processing fleet invoices, and ensuring all records are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Vendor and Facility Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for fleet-related issues, including communicating with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timely and efficient resolution of maintenance and service issues.
- Invoicing & Compliance: Process fleet-related invoices daily, ensuring that all invoices are accurate, properly coded, and submitted for payment. Work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve any discrepancies.
- Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate with facility personnel to follow up on maintenance tasks and ensure proper scheduling and execution. Prepare and maintain reports related to fleet operations and provide updates as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Be responsive to inquiries and work towards resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Data Entry & File Maintenance: Enter data into systems accurately and maintain organized files for all fleet-related information. Utilize software programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks and reporting.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and suggest solutions to improve fleet operations. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
