Administrative Assistant - AR - Ultimate Staffing Services

We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Pay range $20-24/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office tasks such as answering phones, sorting mail, and scheduling appointments
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases
• Coordinate and support team meetings and events
• Handle general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
