We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Provide excellent customer support to clients or customers
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
