In this Administrative Assistant role, the successful candidate will provide administrative & hiring support. Responsibilities include:
- Organizing student outreach efforts
- Time & attendance entry, tracking and approval
- Supporting hiring functions (processing related paperwork and preparing contracts)
- Document management
- Responding to correspondence via phone, email or regular mail
- Other general office tasks
Requirements:
- At least 1-year administrative experience
- HR admin experience (staffing/onboarding) preferred
- Higher ed experience, preferably in Student Affairs desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and ability to learn new applications
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
