Daily Responsibilities
- Processing tax returns
- Data entry & generating reports
- Assist in managing office communications, including answering client phone calls and emails
- Use of technology through accounting software systems
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Collaborate with team members to improve office work flow
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and time management
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and desire to continuously learn
- Ability to utilize both technical and interpersonal skills to assist clients
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office
