Join our client's dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant in Accounting, where you'll play a pivotal role in our invoicing, collections, and accounting operations.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Accounting Clerk)
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hourly *DOE*
Job Responsibilities:
Generate client invoices and manage submission for payment.
Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
Address and rectify invoicing discrepancies and adjustments.
Assist with various reconciliations, reports, and tasks related to the invoicing, collections, and accounting functions.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in invoicing or accounting is advantageous but not required.
Ability to handle a high volume of tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to new software programs.
Dependable and punctual with a strong professional track record.
Comfortable working in a corporate office environment while maintaining confidentiality.
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
Capable of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and document creation targets established by management.
On-boarding Requirements:

2 verifiable employment references
