Administrative Assistant - Accounting/HR - FICS, Inc.

FICS® is searching for a conscientious Administrative Assistant - Accounting/HR who:

• practices a team-player mindset
• enjoys serving others; and
• can work autonomously to accurately process/handle highly sensitive materials with the utmost sense of security/confidentiality, in a fast-paced environment.

The FICS® Administrative Assistant - Accounting/HR team member plays an integral role in:

• directly impacting the customer experience when performing receptionist duties as part of a normal rotation.
• performing clerical support to the Accounting and Human Resources department; and
• providing other general administrative support in various areas of the company, as requested.

Reporting directly to the Vice President - Accounting, the Administrative Assistant - Accounting/HR also supports the HR Director, as well as other company executives, when necessary.

Requirements

What you bring:

• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and exhibit the utmost respect for handling information with security and confidentiality.
• Accuracy in processing/handling highly sensitive materials.
• Superior time-management and organization skills to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptionally professional verbal and written communication skills are a must (spelling, grammar, business correspondence formats).
• Proficiency with operating computers and computer software including, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), as well as the ability to learn other software used by FICS®.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to learn.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes of paper, files, etc.
• Team-player mindset and enjoys serving others.
• Able to maintain emotional intelligence while working in a fast-paced environment.
