Job DescriptionPA Consulting Group has an immediate opening for a Business Support role based out of our Denver office. The individual in this role will primarily provide administrative coordination support to PA’s Energy & Utilities Sector team and the Denver office. This role will suit someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to demonstrate a high level of commitment to providing quality service, producing high quality outputs and meeting tight deadlines. Someone who is strong in stakeholder management, happy to get involved on different projects/tasks and work collaboratively with teams, with a customer-centric mentality.
Your Day to Day:
- Support key members of the leadership team with:
- All logistics associated with travel
- Expense report submission
- Calendar or meeting coordination support
- Logistics related to client meetings or other events
- Attending meetings, note taking, track and share decisions and actions that emerge.
- Assist in the production of high-quality letters, memos, bid support (presentations, proposals and reports), and client deliverables ensuring thorough review and compliance with PA document standards.
- Be a collaborating member of the US business support team, providing coverage for other members as needed.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining best practice processes, sharing of information, adhering and maintaining knowledge management systems, Teams sites and databases already in place.
- Support in the coordination of events that contribute to team building and bonding.
- Be point of contact for all day-to-day office matters.
- Order/maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Act as an administrative main point of contact for staff and provide support to the business in any other additional areas required.
What you Bring
- Technical: Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Technical: Experience creating high-quality presentations and using Excel is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is required
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Strong work ethic and able to lead multiple tasks.
- Ability to work optimally in a team environment
- Validated interpersonal skills and ability to get along with all levels of management, internally and externally.
- Detail oriented with phenomenal accuracy
Additional Information
This role is in person, 5 days a week

Salary: $50-70k annual (short term 6 month with the option to go full time)
