As an Administrative Assistant, you will facilitate the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

• Handling phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments
• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
• Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in databases or spreadsheets
• Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and supplies
• Interacting with clients, visitors, and staff; providing information and assistance in a professional and courteous manner
• Facilitating communication within the organization and with external parties
• Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
