Summary:
The main function of an administrative assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office and executives. This role requires support for three executives, two in Plano offices and one remote and a few of their key leaders.

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

The main function of an administrative assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office and executives. This role requires support for three executives, two in Plano offices and one remote and a few of their key leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
- Make arrangements for travel, planning meetings, etc.
- Submission of travel and other expense sheets for the supported leaders as well other administrative submissions needed like IT requests
- Respond to request that come in for items like periodic organizational chart updates, seating charts, etc,
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Strong ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Strong ability in event planning.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly various corporate systems needed to perform the responsibilities (e.g travel portal)
Education/Experience:
- 2 year degree or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 years’ experience required.
- Experience working with executives mandatory
