Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

• Managing multiple managers' calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
• Arranging travel logistics
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Contract duration through 7/14/2025
• Hybrid work model with flexibility to be onsite in Chicago and Bolingbrook offices for 6 days a month

Required Skills for Administrative Assistant:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional email etiquette and phone manner
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong ability to manage time and multitask
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
