Administrative Assistant (23/hr - $25/hr) - Ultimate Staffing Services

Our client in the educational sector is seeking a dynamic, multitasking administrative assistant to support front office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications:

* Answer and route incoming calls courteously and efficiently.
* Take accurate messages when necessary.
* Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate destinations.
* Process and distribute inquiries promptly and accurately.
* Support special events, including open houses, orientations, and field trips.
* Assist with data entry, special projects, and mailings.
* Facilitate assessments and manage purchase orders.
* Order and maintain office and student supplies.
* Collect and transfer vendor invoices and packing slips.
* Maintain office equipment and coordinate maintenance requests.
* Handle shipping and receiving of packages.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Strong customer service skills.
