Administrative Assistant 
Human Resources 

The on-site Administrative Assistant will support administrative functions for the Human Resources and Finance departments. Interfaces closely with the CFO, COO and Operations for compliance. Supports the Controller and President in facilitating internal investigations and implementing policy and administrative functions within the company. Assists employees with questions and fosters a positive meaningful work environment.

Description

• Organize new employee on-boarding orientation methods
• Manage employee database archives
• Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities
• Strong communication and social skills
• Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff 
• Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
• Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Proficiency in Spanish highly preferred 
• Human Resources (HR) Administration experience desired
• Ability to travel to Compton office 1-2 times per month

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional administration experience required 
• Experience within Human Resources prefrred 
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred 
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to travel to Compton office 1-2 times per Month
