We are seeking an Office Administrator 2 to join our San Diego, CA team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ General administrative tasks
+ Backing up dispatch as needed
+ Managing office needs (utilities, supplies, etc.)
+ Ordering office supplies
+ Assisting with timesheets and expense reports
+ Coordinating with office vendor services
+ Onboarding new hires
+ Coordinating use of offices and conference rooms
+ Managing fleet and vehicle documents
+ Assisting with travel and lodging bookings for field staff
+ Maintaining excel and word documents
+ Creating SOPs and file templates as needed
+ Assisting the operations manager and hub leader as needed
+ Fielding client and field staff calls and routing to the proper department.
+ Assisting other offices in the hub with administrative duties as needed
Minimum requirements:
+ College Degree
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in an administrative support or similar role
+ Ability to commute to the office 5 days a week
+ Posses an intermediate to advanced skill level with excel
+ Excellent writer and proofreader with a keen attention to details
+ Proven track record of balancing multiple responsibilities in a high pressure fast paced environment
+ Dispatch experience a plus but not necessarily required
+ History of managing other admins also a plus but not necessary
Technical requirements:
+ Ability to operate independently, or constructively with others.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office
+ Ability to work in an office full-time
+ Possess a valid California driver’s license
+ Have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
+ Strong Communication Skills
Other miscellaneous qualities:
+ Some in state travel may be required
Compensation:
$25 - $36 hourly
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
