The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Program Management and Administration is looking for an Administrative Assistant 2 to help us Keep Alaska Moving!
What you will be doing:
Join our team as an administrative support specialist and play a vital role in our Program Management and Administration Division! This position's primary responsibility is providing administrative support to the Division Director. Additionally, the position provides front desk support, timesheets, travel arrangements, purchase orders, and invoice processing. Other duties may include assisting with HR recruitments and serving as the department’s Record Officer. Enjoy a dynamic work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive team.
