This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

What you will do:
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
The administrative assistant will support the front desk at Moonshot Labs in St. Louis, MO.
In this position you will:
- Greet visitors and assist them in processing through the visitor identification and badging process according to standard operating procedures.
- Protect and control Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with local procedures.
- Receive and disseminate incoming mail and sign for packages.
- Monitoring personnel entering the facility to ensure they are authorized and display proper identification.
- Arrange and schedule meetings, including multi-level Video Teleconferences.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Site Lead, Program Managers, and Customer.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming visitors and customers.
- Maintain list of IT equipment needing to be ordered and coordinated on delivery.
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education (associate degree or 50% into a BS or BA degree) and/or related experience.
- Friendly, positive, outgoing attitude
- Excellent MS office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work with little supervision and the ability to take charge of tasks
- Effective organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
- Hours are flexible and subject to change but generally we are looking for availability to work:
- Tuesday – Thursday each week
- 8am-4pm (possibly 2pm, depending on activity in the office)
- Must be flexible with work days and hours
