Administrative Assistant (15432) - Johnson Service Group

Johnson Service Group (JSG), a nationally recognized staffing agency, is assisting our global manufacturing client in finding a part time Administrative Assistant in Orlando, Florida. This will be a contract position for a minimum of one year in length. Benefits are available!


Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Executive Assistant.
• Manage a variety of administrative tasks, which allows the EA to focus on strategic priorities.
• File and maintain all required documentation
• Compose correspondence and other communications
• Protect confidential information

Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• Prior administrative experience in a corporate environment
• Skilled in MS Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Multi-tasking abilities in a fast paced environment 

Additional Information:

• Contract position for a minimum of one year
