Administrative Assistant - (12930) - InGenesis

InGenesis is currently seeking Administrative Assistants to work with our client in New York, NY. In this role, you will be working in the NYS Office of Aging and Long-term Care regional office.

Job Duties

· Perform administrative support responsibilities such as maintaining various tracking and database systems

· Prepare a variety of correspondence, reports and other written material

· Answer phones concerning policy or procedure and directing them to appropriate staff

· Set up and coordinating meetings for senior staff

· Receive and processing mail and fax documents

· Fax and photocopying

· Data entry and maintain paper and electronic filing systems

· Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

· Highly-motivated and able to work in a fast paced, high volume office environment

· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel

· Ability to work in a team and handle multiple, shifting priorities

· Good organizational skills

· Familiarity working in electronic databases

· Prior experience working in the New York State Department of Health, Office of Aging and Long-term Care, Metropolitan Area Regional Office is preferred

*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
