Administrative Assistant (12847) - InGenesis

InGenesis is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our client in Central Islip, NY. In this role, you will be supporting the Division of Vaccine Excellence through telephone interactions and administrative duties.

Job Duties

• Interact via telephone with the public, health care providers, school nurses, and federal, state and local government staff
• Answer phones and direct callers as appropriate
• Maintain electronic calendars; scheduling meetings, conference calls and webinars
• Make travel arrangements
• Typing, photocopying, scanning
• Format/edit reports and documents
• Manage incoming mail
• Maintain electronic and hard copy files
• Log data into tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

• High level of competence using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• General office experience
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple assignments and prioritize work load

*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
