Description
What you’ll do:
- Processes AP invoices (including capital Expenditures).
- Add new vendors as needed.
- Issue and manage purchase orders.
- Reconcile scrap deposits to scaled tickets for invoices.
- Reconcile trash scaled tickets to invoices.
- Add/update carrier to ticketing system as needed.
- Manage wear part inventory tracking.
- Manage asset list on the operational level.
- Prepare maintenance intra-co cost transfers for end of month.
- Assist with varies special projects and end of month tasks.
- Act as backup for other team members.
What you’ll need:
- Great communication, math skills and financial knowledge (debits/credits).
- Ability to work with others and deal effectively with customers and clients to answer questions and provide information
- Computer software skills including Excel
- Honesty (dealing with cash) an no criminal history related to financial transactions
- Organized and self-motivated
- Regular, dependable attendance
- Able to lift, carry and/or pull up to 20 lbs. on an occasional basis.
