Administration Support Office Manager - ABM Industries

Overview

ABM is hiring an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to provide administrative support to ABM's Cleveland, OH office in a professional and efficient manner. Demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, in alignment with ABM's overall business objectives. The position will report to the Vice President of Parking. This full-time position is available immediately.

Essential Functions

• Executive Support including assistance with correspondence, mail, filing, employee service awards, AP Workflow coding, off-site storage and reports.
• City business license and alarm registrations.
• Contract preparation for legal review and signature, processing and filing. Customer Service to parking customer and clients and 4Wheel drive client portal maintenance and creation.
• Facility Maintenance/Management of Cleveland office by contacting vendors for service when needed.
• Purchasing office supplies and maintaining sufficient supply levels.
• Front Desk/ Reception coverage as needed. Greet, assist, and/or direct visitors tv appropriate staff member.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in office management or at least 3 years office experience or service industry required. Notary Public license beneficial.
• Expert proficiency with MS Office Programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point required.
• Accuracy in data entry to web pages for online ordering of Supplies etc. Detail oriented and able to prioritize to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and follow through ability
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Occasional overtime as required
• Exceptional customer service attitude
