Job Description:

The ideal candidate will provide top-notch administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, including organizing meetings and appointments.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive team.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive admin or in a similar administrative role.
- Some R&D experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
- PT or FT position with hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility is key; the role requires working in the office for 2 days a week (4-5 hours each) and remote work for the remaining hours.
