Job Details
SUMMARY:
As our Admin Support specialist, you will be responsible for small-item shipping and coordinating with FedEx.
MUST HAVES:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, FedEx Shipping Manager)
- CRM Experience
WORK HOURS & LOCATION:
- 5 days per week, M-F, 7:30 am – 4 pm, on-site presence at Los Angeles main office
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Package and ship company products to clients in an efficient and timely manner
- Adhere to documented processes and procedures
- Receive mail and packages and coordinate distribution to appropriate internal parties
- Accurately and promptly record inventory data and logistical events
- Manage product repairs, RMAs, warranty submissions, and status updates
- Create and submit purchase orders for supplies
- Notify appropriate employees and vendors of inventory movement and needs (incoming inventory, customer returns, supplies and accessories)
- Receive visitors to the main office
- Manage and oversee tradeshow event calendar
- Maintain office supplies and items required for shipping
- Organize office facilities
- Manage relationship with FedEx
- Track company and customer-owned product, including merchandise onsite, at customer locations, and the factory
- Occasional HR clerical tasks
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience with logistics and administrative support
- Must be eligible for fidelity bonding
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 40 lbs
