About the Job
Duties:
- Deal with clients' issues and programs such as mental health and drug abuse.
- Complete the intake process and all necessary forms and set up all Doctor visits and lab visits.
- Perform weekly outreach to service more clients for housing and substance abuse
- Do all the office supply ordering.
- Evaluate and monitor client performance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize commitments.
- Marketing of 5 clients A WEEK in hospitals, shelters, rehab centers A MUST
- Assist clients with applying for social services such as foodstamps and medical benefits
- Answer calls and filing.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent organizational communication skills.
- Understanding of trauma and its effects on behaviors.
- Have integrity and honesty.
- Assist with clients getting to their appointments and working closely with outside vendors.
- Must have at least 2 years of college.
- MUST HAVE 2 year's EXPERIENCE IN PRP
- PART-TIME ONLY! MONDAY thur THURSDAY 10-3 P.M
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in an office setting
- Must have reliable transportation with clean driving record
