About the Job
Duties:
- Working in a supportive living housing facility. Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Deal with clients' issues and programs such as mental health and drug abuse.
- Complete the intake process and all necessary forms and set up all Doctor visits and lab visits.
- Perform weekly outreach to service more clients for housing
- Do all the office supply ordering.
- Evaluate and monitor client performance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize commitments.
- Reporting to the Director daily.
- Create a database to track clients.
- Answer calls and filing.
- Marketing clients at least 5 monthly is a MUST
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent organizational communication skills.
- Understanding of trauma and its effects on behaviors.
- Have integrity and honesty.
- Assist with clients getting to their appointments and working closely with outside vendors.
- Must have at least 2 years of college
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in an office setting
- PART-TIME ONLY! MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY 9-2 P.M.
