Admin/Office Manager - Pleasant Behavioral Health Systems

Duties:

Working in a supportive living housing facility. Oversee day-to-day operations.
Deal with clients' issues and programs such as mental health and drug abuse.
Complete the intake process and all necessary forms and set up all Doctor visits and lab visits.
Perform weekly outreach to service more clients for housing
Do all the office supply ordering.
Evaluate and monitor client performance.
Ability to multitask and prioritize commitments.
Reporting to the Director daily.
Create a database to track clients.
Answer calls and filing.
Marketing clients at least 5 monthly is a MUST

Qualifications:

Must have excellent organizational communication skills.
Understanding of trauma and its effects on behaviors.
Have integrity and honesty.
Assist with clients getting to their appointments and working closely with outside vendors.
Must have at least 2 years of college
