We want you to apply now!What You Will Do In Your will assist the Director of Surgical Services with all department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility.You will assist in coordinating the department s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement.You will ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis.You will provide clinical support to the nursing staff.You will demonstrate team work, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the Surgical Services team.What qualifications you will HAVE RECENT (Within the last year) acute care 2 years of leadership experience in the CVOR with at least 5 years experience as OR Circulator with a minimum of 3 years experience as a CVOR RN CirculatorGraduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required. Bachelor s Degree in Nursing required.Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.CNOR is preferred.
