MUST:
Experienced Front Desk/Office Admin
3+ years of experience working in a front desk / reception role
2+ years of experience in office administrative roles (including ordering and restocking supplies, running daily reports, setting up meetings, greeting guest, supporting senior staff)
Strong Microsoft office skills (ie Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills (able to solve complex problems with little oversite)
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
DUTIES:
Will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers calling in must be very professionally both in conversation and presentation
Work with the EAs to support executive team needs
Help to set up office for meetings, trainings and client visits
Supporting contract team with basic contract review and data entry tasks
Help with basic day to day duties including handling packages and mail, ordering and restocking supplies, running daily reports, setting up meetings, greeting guest, and supporting senior staff as needed
