Job Title: Admin Clerk
Location: Oak Harbor, WA 98278
Duties:
- Provide travel services to personnel to ensure efficient processing of orders, travel arrangements, and invoice processing.
- Modify and review applications for consistency, accuracy, and clerical errors, return applications to the traveler for correction and signature.
- Return requests to service member for correction and signature, and then forward completed requests to the appropriate routing list.
Education and Qualifications:
- The candidate shall hold and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance.
- Must be either a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years of legal residency in the U.S.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Workweek and Workload:
- Normal duty hours will be 9:30AM – 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, with 30 minutes for lunch.
