About the Job
Job Title: (Admin/Clerical - Payroll Analyst)
Responsibilities
• Perform daily support of the payroll modules in Workday.
• Partner with all payroll stakeholders to troubleshoot and deliver robust solutions.
• Work with our Global team for data extract via the supervision of our local resources.
• Lead the design and testing of all enhancements or new government compliances.
• Ensure continuous optimization and automation of payroll processes.
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Can perform work with a high degree of independence.
• Ability to effectively document and work with users to achieve identified goals.
• Embraces a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of Workday IS experience in payroll (US & CA)
• Superior experience in translating business requirements into IS capabilities and solutions.
• Superior experience in objectively evaluating IS solutions and making recommendations.
• Excellent analytical skills and an understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies.
• Good at working in a Team environment and with other teams.
