Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company is currently looking for a Paralegal II to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Paralegal II / Pharma Industry / REMOTE WORK
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 months
Location: Remote Worker
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Job Description:
Position Summary
Under the supervision of the contracts manager ("CM”), work independently, reviewing, writing, and revising contract language consistent with internal guidance and assigned deadlines.
Coordinate drafting, execution, and tracking of certain contract types as part of a large-scale project.
Compile and organize data from funding or other agreements consistent with internal guidance. Interact with grant administration team and external research institutions. Maintain documentation of contracts and track metrics and outcomes as assigned. Coordinates signature processes as assigned. Assist with supporting other special projects as appropriate.

Education And Experience
Education & Work Experience:
bachelor's degree and three to five years of demonstrated progressively responsible experience in a contracts administration role (does not have to be specific to clinical research), OR
associate's degree plus a verifiable paralegal certification (e.g., NALA, etc.) and three to five years of demonstrated progressively responsible experience in a contracts administration role (does not have to be specific to clinical research);
Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) and interact skillfully with global grant administration team members at all levels;
At least moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint;
Proficiency manipulating PDFs (i.e., Adobe Acrobat);
Experience administering signature processes using standard signature platforms, such as DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat;
Experience with collaboration tools, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar applications; and
Ability to be tactful and diplomatic in interacting with global internal and external stakeholders
