Job Description: " Performs data entry, reconciliations, and quality control to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data within the scope of the position.
" Conduct site audits to ensure data files and GPMS data align.
" Assist with developing GPMS solutions and assisting the field staff to reach and exceed performance measures.
" Provide support with GPMS helpdesk tickets.
" Uses and analyzes data to recommend programs, process improvements, and monitor impact.
" Assist with developing GPMS roadmaps for the field.
" Provide training to field staff on GPMS workflows to streamline data input
" Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and adjustment for programmatic alignment with GPMS.
" Develop GPMS training materials including power points, training videos, webinars, and job aides.
" Serves as data liaison for Project sites on GPMS related issues.
" Troubleshoots problems, assists staff and suggests alternatives to make processes more efficient.
Requirements:
" Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a continually changing environment.
" Must be results-oriented, customer-focused, and have demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Comfortable with giving presentations to large groups.
" Strong computer knowledge including Excel.
" Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
" Ability to work with large volumes of data and isolate relevant information.
" Proven track record in interpreting, compiling, and analyzing complex data, and problem identification and solving.
" Solid analytics skills, including critical thinking, system, process, and data analysis supporting fact-based decision-making.
" Meticulous attention to detail.
Previous SCSEP experience a plus
