Job Description-
- Perform reconciliations of cash received and all adjustments on a specified number of contracts.
- Quantify billings and cash receipts related to 100% financed assets and items.
- Apply adjustments and credits to accounts as approved by Manager or other approved personnel. This would include refund requests on behalf of customers.
- Provide reports and supporting documentation required by personnel within the company and for auditors.
- Perform other functions that may be inherent in the position and special projects as directed by Manager.
Quals--
- Recent college degree will be considered in lieu of experience. Numeric figure aptitude.
- Proficiency in MS 365 Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- High School diploma. A minimum of 1 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, or within an accounting environment is required.
- Ability to learn and become proficient in new and proprietary software systems.
- Effectively prioritizes workload/time management, excellent verbal and written communication/customer service skills.
- Degree Type Major/Certification Required Preferred
- High School Diploma/GED
