Job Title: Admin Asst I
Number of needs: 1
Target start date: ASAP
Duration of Assignment: Through the end of January andpossibly February.

Work hours: M-F 8:30am - 5pm / 40 hours
Dress code: business casual
Parking: staff work with University transportation to geta parking

Top 3- 5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Answering phone calls and greet/assist visitors.
2. Locking and unlocking classrooms, and maintaining thekitchen area and office supplies.
3. Responding to general department emails and handleincoming mail and packages.
4. Schedule information sessions, campus tours, andparking reservations for guests.
5. Assist faculty, staff, and students with generalinquiries, as needed.
Minimum Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.equivalent required. Minimum Associate Degrees preferred.
Job Description:
-This is a 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday Fridayposition.
-Greets guests and answers telephones, routes callers,takes messages, and provides routine information to clients and customers.
-Reads and replies to the general office emails, andcoordinates and flow of information, both internally and externally.
-Handles and routes mails and packages.
-Schedules information sessions, campus tours, andparking reservations for guests.
-Maintains and organize the office and kitchen areasincluding office supplies.
-Locking and unlocking classrooms.
-Provide assistance with loaning laptops and lab/roomkeys for students.
-Performs a variety of clerical duties such asphotocopies, files, and delivers and/or pick up materials.
-Provide general office assistance as assigned orrequested by the supervisor.
