Admin Assistant - Meador Staffing Services

• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Manage accounts and perform light bookkeeping.

• The right person for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical work.
• AR experience preferred, but not required.

• Monday - Friday.
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
