4 Corner Resources is currently seeking multiple Administrative Assistant/ Scheduler for one of our clients, located in the Pinellas, FL area. This position will require you to work onsite Monday through Friday, normal business hours. This is an incredible contract-to-hire opportunity to work with one of our awesome clients who is in the healthcare industry.

Administrative Assistant/Scheduler responsibilities:

Maintain and enter patients’ medical records and ensure accurate record keeping.
Schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner for multiple teams/departments.
Answer incoming phone calls or redirect calls if necessary to different departments.
Manage calendars for meetings and detail these meetings to staff and other teams.
Answer phone calls and emails about inquiries, requests and provide routine information.
Exposure to confidential information and handling confidential matters.
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, status, and technical issues.
Utilizes computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
Schedule appointments for patients and reach out for appointment reminders.
Perform other office duties as assigned.

Administrative Assistant/Scheduler Qualifications:

Familiarity with office procedures and working knowledge of office devices and processes.
2-3 years of prior administrative assistant/ scheduler experience.
Very good organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Experience with electronic health records (EHRs).

Administrative Assistant/Scheduler Pay Rate:
Pay range $15-$18 / HR
