Job Title: Admin Assistant
This position supports the sales team with Administrative tasks.
Overview of Duties:
Processes sales orders for the team.
Tracks and processes sales promotions.
Submits sales rep reimbursement vouchers.
Assist with expense report tracking and back up/receipts
Assist Sales reps with contracts.
Assists sales employees with other clerical and administrative support.
Back up customer service when necessary.
Answers phones and respond to emails.
Enters order as needed.
General Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree.
Basic knowledge of computer operation systems for MS Office such as
Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus
Good organizational skills, attention to details and proofreading ability.
