Admin Assistant/Receptionist - Cenergy International

Roles and Responsibilities:

Seeking a temporary administrative assistant. Responsibilities include reception activities such as greeting and checking-in visitors and directing phone calls, arranging conference rooms and refreshments for meetings, sorting and distributing mail, supporting new hire onboarding activities, maintaining office and kitchen inventory, managing conference room calendars in Microsoft Outlook, and other administrative support activities.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Microsoft Outlook. Must be able to work independently, but also be a positive, collaborative member of the Moog team. Administrative Assistance experience preferred. High School Completion/GED required. Some college preferred.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $28.00-30.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
