Overview:
Gates Hudson team is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is a vital member of the property management team, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Answer phones and address inquiries professionally.
- Complete and manage invoices.
- Work with vendors and maintain supply orders.
- Handle property turnovers, including move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain and organize files.
- Conduct housekeeping inspections.
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Process the Monthly Voucher Report.
- Reconcile resident accounts.
- Ensure organization and ability to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.
- Perform other tasks as assigned or needed.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- 2+ years' experience in invoicing and data entry.
- Proficient in basic computer tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with vendor relations is a plus.
- Equivalent of a high school degree is required.
