Our Haverhill campus offers all private rooms, and our Methuen campus offers a new state-of-the-art catheterization suite and Joint Center of Excellence named as a Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Distinction+ Center for Knee and Hip Replacement.Job Summary: Administrative Assistant II, Wound Center, 40 hours, Monday- Friday 7:45am- 4:15pJob ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to the department. Responsible for all activities related to managing and coordinating to the department.QualificationsMinimum Education/Experience:Two years in acute care setting preferred.Two years as Administrative Assistant preferred.High School or Equivalent RequiredMinimum skills/abilities:Understanding of Medical terminology.Knowledge and proficient computer skills with experience with Excel, Work and Power Point Microsoft programs.Proficiency with creating spreadsheets for maintaining data for the department.
