Amin Assistant Monday - Friday

Primarily responsible for delivering administrative & operational support to the branch, ensuring efficient workflow across various functions.

• Compiles & Analyzes information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, tables and other visuals for effective communication.
• Receives & responds to correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review
• Assist in the collection of outstanding debts & follow up with clients, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with departments to resolve payment issues.
• Assist installation team with closing of sales orders ensuring accuracy & proper supporting documentation
• Manage office supply inventory, place orders and track deliveries as necessary
• Coordinate the announcement of team member birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, etc. Fostering a positive work enviorement
• Ensuring the close equipment move orders are handled and documented properly
• Coordinate accident drug screening & DOT Physical coordination with team members and management
• Support Branch leadership with branch communications and projects
• Other duties assigned

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Ability to read, interpret and understand documents such as operating instructions & procedure manuals
• Ability to write correspondence memos & small group emails
• Mathematical Skills
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
• Good Microsoft Office Skills
