Overview
Admin II
Location: Tampa, FL
Reports to: Office Supervisor
Compensation: $21.15 to $26
Perform administrative functions for the facility that will include support for the Plant Operations/Safety administrative tasks, and plant payroll/onboarding support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Production Support
- Track and record all raw materials and alternative fuels brought in plant on manual spreadsheets.
- Receive raw materials and alternative fuels in SAP. DOR data entry of raw materials in Plant Focus.
- Match raw material invoices to my spreadsheets and send to AP for processing.
- Track, record, receive and process any incoming vessels for raw materials.
- Reconcile daily Order Management and SAP. Work with other departments discrepancies of shipments: returns, voids, off-setting entries.
- DOR data entry of daily shipments in Plant Focus.
- Send customers copies of BOL's as requested.
- Run month end reports after all receipts and data entry have been completed for cement load out and raw materials.
- Track, record and invoice customers/materials/Quarry as needed for departmental managers.
- Reconcile P-Card transactions (Month end)..
- Enter P-Card Purchases with work orders in SAP.
- Enter P-Card Purchases charged to Business Unit.
- Process check request and rush payments.
- Receive invoices as needed for departmental managers
General Office
- Distribute incoming faxes and mail (letters and packages) and prepare outgoing mail for shipment and arrange for pickup.
- Organize/order lunches for visitors, special events and training in coordination with managers and training coordinator.
- Assist plant manager and other staff members with various requests.
- Replenish and maintain administrative buildings office supplies.
