Office Adminstrator/ Event Planner

* Greet clients, guests, and staff with a polished, warm, and professional demeanor.
* Assist with event planning

* Handle all incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the
appropriate personnel.
* Manage correspondence, including email inquiries and mail distribution.
* Maintain a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing front desk and reception area.
* Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and assist with event planning.
