Position Summary | The School of Law seeks an experienced and dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant 3 to join the Faculty Support team. This team works collaboratively to provide excellent administrative support to faculty engaged in duties related to their teaching, research, and other responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have a professional and personable demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a dependable attendance record, the ability to prioritize, be attentive to detail, and able to work cooperatively with others in an office environment. Weekend work is required for 2-4 events per semester, for which either compensatory time or overtime pay will be provided. Experience working in a legal services environment is a plus. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
