Position Summary | Student Health andCounseling (SHAC) is a comprehensive health service available to all currentlyenrolled UNM students. SHAC is located North of Johnson Center and across fromthe Student Union Building. It is open Monday through Friday and is closed onall UNM holidays. Services include medical appointments (scheduled and sameday), pharmacy, women's and men's health, allergy and immunization, medical specialty clinics, physicaltherapy, lab and x-ray, travel health clinic and counseling services, as wellas health education, prevention, and promotion. The University of New Mexico Student Health andCounseling (SHAC) is seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant 3position to work in the Front Desk/Reception department. The AdministrativeAssistant 3 position consists of the ability to perform and/or oversee avariety of associated administrative tasks, and electronic health recordworkflows that support the clinic. The ideal candidate will demonstrate thefollowing experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
