About the Job
SUMMARY:
The ADAS Analyst is an important role of ensuring all vehicle ADAS, safety systems and active/passive sensors are properly restored to their OEM working condition by analyzing vehicle scan data, analyzing collision damage and collision damage repairs, researching OEM repair procedures, communicating with collision repair centers, and scheduling ADAS calibrations. ADAS training, continuing education, and internal technical support is provided by 360Align.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

After internal training completion, ADAS Analyst must be able to analyze a vehicle all systems module scan and determine which calibrations are needed that meet and exceed the OEM repair requirements for a vehicle equipped with ADAS and safety components, after a collision and repair has been made.

Understanding of vehicle module scan data.

Determine vehicle damage and repairs being made by photos of damage and collision repair estimate.

Use various automotive service information programs to identify proper repair requirements.

Use internal collision center software and email to communicate post collision repair requirements and upload required documents.

Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure administrative duties are productive and efficient.

Customer service focused, ability to develop relationships and deliver consistency.

Adequately explain ADAS recalibration specifications and repair planning needs to CollisionRight repair center personnel.

Participate in training sessions.

Complete ADAS training and applicable certifications.

Work remotely with time management skills and strong work ethic.

Adhere to all company and body shop policies, procedures, and safety rules.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
-
One (1) year of experience in automotive/collision repairs (any area)

ADAS systems knowledge and/or experience (preferred)
-
Collision estimator and/or repair experience (preferred)
-
Knowledge and/or experience of automotive diagnostic repair (preferred)

ASE or I-Car certifications (preferred)

Understanding of technology & basic software programs

Ability to learn and understand collision repair processes and terminology

Ability to learn scan tools and factory software
-
Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
-
Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused approach
-
ADAS Analyst will work remotely with the need for adequate internet access and workspace

Travel for training may be required when needed (company paid)
-
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check
-
Ability to work in front of multiple PC monitors for at least 8 hours per day without stress and fatigue

Must be able to multi-task and work in a steady high pace environment
